Introduction
By joining the Level Up Ladies Community, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Fees & Billing
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. Your membership will automatically renew each period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) unless canceled prior to your renewal date. If you used a promo code for a discounted rate (e.g., a discounted first month or multiple discounted months), your card will automatically be charged the full monthly rate once that promotional period ends unless you cancel beforehand.

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your member portal. To cancel: go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Membership. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged moving forward.

3. Member Conduct
All members are expected to engage respectfully and supportively within the community. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Member Portal Access
The member portal includes access to exclusive content, event information, and community engagement tools. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Communications
By joining, you consent to receive email communications from Level Up Ladies, including updates, newsletters, and billing notifications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, though essential updates related to your membership will still be sent.

6. Modifications to Service
Level Up Ladies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the membership services at any time, with or without notice. We aim to inform members of significant changes in advance whenever possible.

7. Membership Revocation
Level Up Ladies reserves the right to revoke membership and remove individuals from the community at any time if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or misaligned with the values of the Level Up Ladies mission. We are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and uplifting environment for all members. If your membership is revoked, you will be refunded your most recent monthly payment.
